Our fully serviced accommodation combines luxurious modern styling with a comfortable ‘home away from home’ feel, so if you want a relaxing stay, you’re looking in the right place!

Sweetbriar is a 4-bed house, and we can accommodate up to 7 people (or 8 people if one of them needs to sleep in a travel cot!)

More than just a hotel room – you will have a living room in which to relax or entertain, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, so you can prepare your own meal if you wish, and spend less on eating out.

We offer free high-speed WiFi, Sky Entertainment, Sky Sports and Netflix. We also offer convenient amenities like a dishwasher, washer-dryer and ironing facilities, and for that added touch of luxury we also provide a Nespresso coffee machine with a variety of complimentary coffee capsules.

Luxurious bathrooms with all towels and linen are provided, together with complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Being fully serviced, you can expect your home away from home to be immaculately clean.

We welcome families with open arms, and can offer a high chair and a travel cot at no extra cost, upon your request. We also provide a selection of board games for your enjoyment.

Our rooms are set up as follows:

RUBY SUITE: 1 king bed, TV with Netflix, en-suite bathroom

DIAMOND ROOM: 1 king bed, TV with Netflix

SAPPHIRE ROOM: 1 double bed, TV with Netflix

OPAL ROOM: 1 single bed

There are 2 private car parking spaces available for guest use on the front driveway, and further parking is available on the road outside the house should you need it.

There is also a spacious patio and lawn area in the back garden available for guest use.

Check-In Highlighted Points:

On the day of your arrival, we will send the check-in instructions to you via email and / or text before check in. Take note that the standard check in time is at 4:00pm.

Should you need to check in earlier, enquire about our Early Check-in Service (2:00 PM earliest check in time at a very minimal fee).

Check Out Instruction:

• The most important step is to return the keys where you picked them up during check in for Self Check-In.
• Scramble the code on the keybox after placing the keys back in so intruders can’t see the actual code and close the cover.
• Message us once you have checked out so that our cleaners can arrange their day.
• Wash and dry all dishes and cutlery, or place into the dishwasher and turn it on.
• Turn off all lights, fans and heaters.
• Close all windows.
• Lock all external doors, including the back garden.
• Remove all garbage and rubbish from the home.
• Check out time is at 10:00 AM. Should you wish to check out later, you may enquire about our Late Check Out service (12:00pm latest checkout for a very minimal fee).
• Note that you will be automatically charged the late check out fee if you stay past 10:00 AM.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please be advised that the damage deposit will automatically fall back into your account in 7 days should there be no reported damages upon checkout. Should you have further questions, please contact your financial institution.
