Summerfield House is a modern & elegantly decorated 3-bed house to accommodate up to 7 people.
Kept immaculately clean at all times, you can depend on us for a comfortable & enjoyable stay that feels just like home.
We offer Netflix and Freeview in the lounge, and TVs with Netflix are in the 3 bedrooms. There is super fast WiFi throughout the house.
We have a modern kitchen with top quality cooking appliances, including a single oven and 4 ring gas hob, and a microwave. We also have a dishwasher, washer machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities available for your use. We offer a Nespresso machine with a variety of complimentary coffee capsules for your enjoyment. We also have a selection of speciality teas available, and please help yourself to the complimentary biscuits!
Bedrooms include a choice of king / single beds & a sofa bed downstairs.
Hairdryers are provided in every bedroom, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience, along with towels and comfortable bedding.
Off road parking for 2 cars & additional on road parking is available.
Travel cot, high chair and baby bath support available upon REQUEST and pending availability (please note we do not bring bedding or blankets for safety and hygiene reasons). Please request this BEFORE booking since we cannot guarantee availability.

Check-In Highlighted Points:
On the day of your arrival, we will send the check-in instructions to you via email and / or text before check in. Take note that the standard check in time is at 4:00pm.
Should you need to check in earlier, enquire about our Early Check-in Service (2:00 PM earliest check in time at a very minimal fee).

Check Out Instruction:
- The most important step is to return the keys where you picked them up during check in for Self Check-In.
- Scramble the code on the keybox after placing the keys back in so intruders can’t see the actual code and close the cover.
- Message us once you have checked out so that our cleaners can arrange their day.
- Wash and dry all dishes and cutlery, or place into the dishwasher and turn it on.
- Turn off all lights, fans and heaters.
- Close all windows.
- Lock all external doors, including the back garden.
- Remove all garbage and rubbish from the home.
- Check out time is at 10:00 AM. Should you wish to check out later, you may enquire about our Late Check Out service (12:00pm latest checkout for a very minimal fee).
- Note that you will be automatically charged the late check out fee if you stay past 10:00 AM.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please be advised that the damage deposit will automatically fall back into your account in 7 days should there be no reported damages upon checkout. Should you have further questions, please contact your financial institution.

- Guests are required to send the property a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form prior to check-in. Property access codes will only be sent once this has been provided. The property will contact guests with further information. Please note the property operates a self check in service. Please note that only the specified number of guests listed on the booking are allowed to check-in and stay at the property. If this policy is violated, guests will be charged an additional fee according to capacity. If the additional payment is not made, the booking will be immediately terminated and no refund will be given. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
