Fir Tree House is a recently renovated, spacious home from home. It is deceptively spacious and features an impressive 8 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. This home has been carefully designed, with our aim to give you a boutique hotel experience.

This home has been uniquely styled to create a sophisticated yet relaxing environment so you can feel comfortable throughout your stay.

For guests’ convenience, most of the bedrooms can be set up as double or twin, according to their preference. This house sleeps up to 16 (8 x double beds) or we can set up the rooms to sleep up to 14 guests in separate beds.

We can dine up to 10 guests in the kitchen-diner, or up to 16 guests can use the outdoor patio dining furniture.

You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people included in your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable semi-orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities you will require to cook. Appliances include: induction hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, American style fridge-freezer.

For your convenience, we also provide a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board and a clothes airer.

7 out of the 8 bedrooms have 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash and all towels and linen are provided. We also provide tea, hot chocolate and complimentary biscuits.

Chill out and unwind in the large, privately fenced garden. You can enjoy the tranquil surroundings whilst relaxing on the outdoor furniture and socialising.

Fir Tree House does not have a driveway, but on-road parking is free and unrestricted.

This property is ideally situated for those travelling or working in Birmingham City centre which is approximately 3 miles away. There is so much to do in Birmingham, from shopping in the Bullring, to family attractions such as the National Sea life centre or Legoland Discovery Centre. You will be spoilt for choice. Contractors can travel quickly to their city-based local job site with the knowledge that their home-from-home is only a short journey away.

We welcome both corporate stays and family stays, and can provide a travel cot, high chair at no additional cost should you need them. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if they are required, and kindly note that for safety and hygiene reasons we do not provide bedding or blankets for the cot.

We place an emphasis on cleanliness and our team of cleaners are trained to maintain a high standard of hygiene. Check-In Highlighted Points:

On the day of your arrival, we will send the check-in instructions to you via email and / or text before check in. Take note that the standard check in time is at 4:00pm.

Should you need to check in earlier, enquire about our Early Check-in Service (2:00 PM earliest check in time at a very minimal fee).

Check Out Instruction:

• The most important step is to return the keys where you picked them up during check in for Self Check-In.
• Scramble the code on the keybox after placing the keys back in so intruders can’t see the actual code and close the cover.
• Message us once you have checked out so that our cleaners can arrange their day.
• Wash and dry all dishes and cutlery, or place into the dishwasher and turn it on.
• Turn off all lights, fans and heaters.
• Close all windows.
• Lock all external doors, including the back garden.
• Remove all garbage and rubbish from the home.
• Check out time is at 10:00 AM. Should you wish to check out later, you may enquire about our Late Check Out service (12:00pm latest checkout for a very minimal fee).
• Note that you will be automatically charged the late check out fee if you stay past 10:00 AM.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please be advised that the damage deposit will automatically fall back into your account in 7 days should there be no reported damages upon checkout. Should you have further questions, please contact your financial institution.
