The Laurels is a modern and warm feeling home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that caters for up to 6 guests. Recently renovated, we aim to give you a boutique hotel experience.

The house has been thoughtfully designed to create a stylish and elegant atmosphere where you will have a luxurious experience. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the semi-orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Appliances include: gas hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide a selection of teas, hot chocolate and on arrival complimentary biscuits.

All the bedrooms have 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash and all towels and linen are provided and changed once a week for stays of over 7 days.

In the lounge, there is a 32 inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix and Freeview. We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the house. The dining table has a seating for 6 people that can double up as a workspace.

You can relax and unwind in the privately fenced garden whilst socialising on the outdoor garden furniture. There is an astro turf rear garden lawn.

Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, tea, coffee, white sugar, sweetener, biscuits and milk are provided. The front drive can accommodate 1 vehicle (no height restrictions), with additional on road parking.

Solihull town centre, shops and restaurants & supermarkets are all close by (11-minute drive), whilst Birmingham City Centre is a 15-minute drive. The NEC and Resorts World are a 15-minute drive, whilst Birmingham International Airport is a 13-minute drive away. Only a 14-minute drive away from the M42. For the cricket fans, Edgbaston Stadium is a 17-minute drive away.

Jaguar Land Rover is an 11-minute drive away. Birmingham Heartlands Hospital is a 10 minute drive. Morrison supermarket is a 3 minute drive down the road.

The Laurels would be perfect for those looking to visit the Midlands with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Cotswolds and Warwick, plus many other places.

We welcome both corporate stays and family stays, and can provide a travel cot, high chair and baby bath support at no additional cost should you need them. We place an emphasis on cleanliness and our team of cleaners are trained to maintain a high standard of hygiene. Check-In Highlighted Points:

On the day of your arrival, we will send the check-in instructions to you via email and / or text before check in. Take note that the standard check in time is at 4:00pm.

Should you need to check in earlier, enquire about our Early Check-in Service (2:00 PM earliest check in time at a very minimal fee).

Check Out Instruction:

• The most important step is to return the keys where you picked them up during check in for Self Check-In.
• Scramble the code on the keybox after placing the keys back in so intruders can’t see the actual code and close the cover.
• Message us once you have checked out so that our cleaners can arrange their day.
• Wash and dry all dishes and cutlery, or place into the dishwasher and turn it on.
• Turn off all lights, fans and heaters.
• Close all windows.
• Lock all external doors, including the back garden.
• Remove all garbage and rubbish from the home.
• Check out time is at 10:00 AM. Should you wish to check out later, you may enquire about our Late Check Out service (12:00pm latest checkout for a very minimal fee).
• Note that you will be automatically charged the late check out fee if you stay past 10:00 AM.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please be advised that the damage deposit will automatically fall back into your account in 7 days should there be no reported damages upon checkout. Should you have further questions, please contact your financial institution.
