Birchwood House is a recently renovated, stylish and homely 3-bedroom house. We aim to give you a boutique hotel experience during your stay.

The house has been lovingly designed to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere for your stay. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

There are 3 bedrooms, one main bathroom and one downstairs toilet room. The Hazel Room is a large master bedroom. We can also set this room up as a twin room. The Alder Room also has a king size bed, and this room can also be set up as a twin room. The Willow Room has a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge, which has a high quality pull-out small double bed (4 ft). Bedding must be requested if you wish to use this.

All the bedrooms have 32-inch smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash and all towels and linen are provided.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Appliances include: gas hob, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.

The lounge features a 55-inch smart HDTV with Netflix and Freeview. We provide super-fast WiFi that extends throughout the house. The dining room has a large table for 6 people that can double up as a workspace.

During your stay, you can relax outside on the outdoor furniture whilst feeling secure in the privately fenced, spacious garden.

The front drive can accommodate 1 vehicle (no height restrictions), with additional on road parking (free, unrestricted and frequently available).

Birmingham city centre is only a 10-15 minute drive away. Junction 3 of the M5 is only 5 minutes away. The popular and bustling Harborne Village is only 5 minutes away. Cadbury World is only 10 minutes away. The Queen Elizabeth Hospital is only 15 minutes away.

Birchwood House would be perfect for those looking to visit Birmingham or the wider Midlands area with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Cotswolds and Warwick.

We welcome both corporate stays and family stays.

Travel cot and high chair are available upon REQUEST and pending availability (please note we do not provide bedding or blankets for safety and hygiene reasons). Please request this BEFORE booking since we cannot guarantee availability.

Check-In Highlighted Points:

On the day of your arrival, we will send the check-in instructions to you via email and / or text before check in. Take note that the standard check in time is at 4:00pm.

Should you need to check in earlier, enquire about our Early Check-in Service (2:00 PM earliest check in time at a very minimal fee).

Check Out Instruction:

• The most important step is to return the keys where you picked them up during check in for Self Check-In.
• Scramble the code on the keybox after placing the keys back in so intruders can’t see the actual code and close the cover.
• Message us once you have checked out so that our cleaners can arrange their day.
• Wash and dry all dishes and cutlery, or place into the dishwasher and turn it on.
• Turn off all lights, fans and heaters.
• Close all windows.
• Lock all external doors, including the back garden.
• Remove all garbage and rubbish from the home.
• Check out time is at 10:00 AM. Should you wish to check out later, you may enquire about our Late Check Out service (12:00pm latest checkout for a very minimal fee).
• Note that you will be automatically charged the late check out fee if you stay past 10:00 AM.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please be advised that the damage deposit will automatically fall back into your account in 7 days should there be no reported damages upon checkout. Should you have further questions, please contact your financial institution.
