Primrose House is a large, beautiful house presented by Exclusive Short Stays. This property has been renovated to provide guests with a home from home experience. It is spacious, with 5 ensuite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 15 guests. We aim to provide you with a boutique hotel experience.

From the moment you enter the property, you can be reassured that your needs will be catered for. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and are always on hand to help our guests during their stay. As you explore the house you will find it has a lot to offer.

Primrose House has been carefully designed to create a stylish and modern ambience. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

We provide a state of the art, fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Appliances include: 4 ring gas hob and electric oven, premium Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. We also provide a complimentary selection of tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.

All the bedrooms have 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Freeview and hairdryers. The Iris suite and Violet suite have Netflix included. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and all towels and linen are provided.

In the open plan living area, you can relax on the comfortable sofa whilst watching the 43 inch 4K smart HDTV with Sky and Netflix. In The Snug, there is a 55 inch smart HDTV with Freeview. There is also a sofa bed and office desk if required. We provide WiFi that extends throughout the house.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area enables guests to cook whilst socialising with others. It has been designed to be light and spacious so you can truly feel at home. The dining table can seat up to 10 people.

The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and sink. There is a clothes dryer, iron and ironing board for guests to use.

Outside, you can relax and unwind in the mature privately fenced garden. You can enjoy the tranquil surroundings and take in the view at the end of the day on the patio whilst socialising on the outdoor furniture and dining table.

The front drive can accommodate up to 3 vehicles (no height restrictions). There is free and unrestricted on street parking.

Primrose House is located close to Solihull town centre where you can find the Touchwood Retail centre. So take a trip into town for some retail therapy, dine in restaurants or socialise at night knowing you are only a short distance from home.

If you wish for further retail therapy, then Resorts World is only a 13-minute drive away. For those visiting for shows and exhibitions at the National Exhibition Centre, then you are only a 14-minute drive away. Primrose House is perfectly located so you are only a few minutes from the M42 or Birmingham International Airport. For those working or visiting Jaguar Land Rover, then you are a 2 minute (0.6 mile) drive away.

Primrose House would be perfect for those looking to visit the Midlands with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Cotswolds, Warwick and of course our second city – Birmingham.

We welcome both Corporate stays and Family stays.

Travel cot, high chair and baby bath support available upon REQUEST and pending availability (please note we do not supply bedding or blankets for safety and hygiene reasons). Please request this BEFORE booking since we cannot guarantee availability. If you book on the same day as your check-in date we may not be able to provide these amenities.

We place an emphasis on cleanliness and our team of cleaners are trained to maintain a high standard of hygiene. Check-In Highlighted Points:

On the day of your arrival, we will send the check-in instructions to you via email and / or text before check in. Take note that the standard check in time is at 4:00pm.

Should you need to check in earlier, enquire about our Early Check-in Service (2:00 PM earliest check in time at a very minimal fee).

Check Out Instruction:

• The most important step is to return the keys where you picked them up during check in for Self Check-In.
• Scramble the code on the keybox after placing the keys back in so intruders can’t see the actual code and close the cover.
• Message us once you have checked out so that our cleaners can arrange their day.
• Wash and dry all dishes and cutlery, or place into the dishwasher and turn it on.
• Turn off all lights, fans and heaters.
• Close all windows.
• Lock all external doors, including the back garden.
• Remove all garbage and rubbish from the home.
• Check out time is at 10:00 AM. Should you wish to check out later, you may enquire about our Late Check Out service (12:00pm latest checkout for a very minimal fee).
• Note that you will be automatically charged the late check out fee if you stay past 10:00 AM.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please be advised that the damage deposit will automatically fall back into your account in 7 days should there be no reported damages upon checkout. Should you have further questions, please contact your financial institution.
