Yew Tree House is a modern and spacious home from home, with 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Recently renovated, we aim to give you a boutique experience.

The house has been carefully designed to create a stylish, warm and welcoming environment, where you will experience luxury throughout. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

For those working, the close distance to Birmingham makes it ideal for contractors or professionals. With a family bathroom, lounge, conservatory and small garden, the house is filled with modern amenities and plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Whether you’re looking for a weekend break or a longer stay, this modern 2 bedroom short term rental house is perfect for your needs.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will required. Appliances include: electric hob, electric oven, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.

The bedrooms have 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash and all towels and linen are provided and changed once a week for stays of over 7 days.

The lounge is complete with two comfy sofas and a 43 inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix and Freeview. There is a sofa bed that changes into a double bed for those that request this on booking. we provide free super fast WiFi that extends throughout the house. The dining room features a modern table that seats 6 people and can double up as a workspace.

You can relax and unwind in the private garden whilst sitting outside and socialising on the comfortable patio Rattan furniture.

Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, tea, coffee, white sugar, sweetener, and biscuits are provided. The front drive can accommodate 2 vehicles (no height restrictions), with additional on road parking.

Blackheath town centre, shops, restaurants & supermarkets are all close by, with Dudley and Birmingham City centre, a 11-minute and 24-minute drive away. the NEC, Resorts World & Birmingham International Airport are a 14-minute drive away. Only a 7-minute drive away from the M5 Junction 2. A Tesco Express supermarket is only a 2 minute drive down the road, whilst Sainsburys supermarket is 4 minutes away.

Yew Tree House would be perfect for those looking to visit the Midlands with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages. It is ideally located for those working away from home during the week in Dudley or Birmingham.

We welcome both corporate stays and family stays.

Travel cot, high chair and baby bath support available upon REQUEST and pending availability (please note we do not bring bedding or blankets for safety and hygiene reasons). Please request this BEFORE booking since we cannot guarantee availability.

Check-In Highlighted Points:

On the day of your arrival, we will send the check-in instructions to you via email and / or text before check in. Take note that the standard check in time is at 4:00pm.

Should you need to check in earlier, enquire about our Early Check-in Service (2:00 PM earliest check in time at a very minimal fee).

Check Out Instruction:

• The most important step is to return the keys where you picked them up during check in for Self Check-In.
• Scramble the code on the keybox after placing the keys back in so intruders can’t see the actual code and close the cover.
• Message us once you have checked out so that our cleaners can arrange their day.
• Wash and dry all dishes, pots, pans and cutlery.
• Turn off all lights, fans and heaters.
• Close all windows.
• Lock all external doors, including the back garden.
• Remove all garbage and rubbish from the home.
• Check out time is at 10:00 AM. Should you wish to check out later, you may enquire about our Late Check Out service (12:00pm latest checkout for a very minimal fee).
• Note that you will be automatically charged the late check out fee if you stay past 10:00 AM.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please be advised that the damage deposit will automatically fall back into your account in 7 days should there be no reported damages upon checkout. Should you have further questions, please contact your financial institution.
