Only a 10-minute stroll from the bustling village of Harborne, Home on the Hill is the perfect “home away from home” for contractor or family stays, and you can bring your beloved pets with you too!

Home on the Hill is a cosy 2-bedroom house with all of the creature comforts you will need for a comfortable stay. A Nespresso coffee machine awaits in the kitchen, along with a selection of teas and cooking essentials like pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The house can sleep up to 7 guests and the bed format can be tailored to suit your preference. As standard, we provide a super-king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed and a single bed in the second bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. If you would like the super-king and/or king bed to be set up as twin beds, please give us at least 24 hours notice to arrange this for you.

Both bedrooms have 40 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and all towels and linen are provided.

In the lounge, there is a 50 inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix and Freeview. We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the house. The dining area has a dining table for 6 people that can double up as a workspace. There is also a dedicated office desk in the lounge for guests’ use.

You can relax and unwind in the private and quiet garden. You can enjoy the tranquil surroundings and enjoy the use of the outdoor table and 4 chairs.

There is a shared residents parking area available to guests. Spaces are not allocated and are available on a first come first served basis. However, spaces are frequently available and it is likely that up to 3 spaces will be available for guests. There is additional parking on the road if this is needed (free and unrestricted).

Birmingham City centre is close by, which offers plentiful amenities for shopping, dining, family days out and pub crawling! Harborne Village is only a 10 minute walk away and this boasts a number of popular shops, pubs and restaurants.

Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham City Hospital and the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital are all within 15 minutes drive away. The closest bus stop offers a direct route to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (bus number 19).

Harborne Golf club is 2 minutes away. Edgbaston Cricket Ground is only a 15-minute drive away.
