Welcome to The Colmore on St Paul’s Square – a beautiful restoration of an historic Georgian property in Birmingham’s most desirable neighbourhood, the Jewellery Quarter.
Named in honour of the Colmore family that first constructed St Paul’s Square in the 18th century, the building itself originally started life as a jewellery workshop in the 1920s. Now, it’s one of the final buildings on the square to be restored and represents one of the most exclusive addresses in the last remaining Georgian square in Birmingham.
Just as the Jewellery Quarter focuses on the preservation of heritage, so too does The Colmore. Every remaining original element of the building has been maintained, including the exterior arches, double-height windows and traditional art deco architecture that gives the development its distinctive character.
Inside, The Colmore is just as distinctive, featuring interior design cues taken from the art-deco elements that inspire the exterior, and with an exquisite finish that delivers the final word in high-end living.

Apartment 17 is a stunning 2-bedroom (one ensuite bathroom), penthouse apartment. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it is a high-end, luxurious and well-equipped home-from-home. You can dine outside on the outdoor table on the roof terrace, whilst taking in the city view.
You can be sure of a luxurious stay from the moment you walk through the door. Every room has been uniquely designed and exudes a stylish wow factor, with comfort being the highest priority to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.
The bedrooms can be set up as super-king or twin, and a king or twin according to the guests’ preference. (The bed will be set up as a super king and king bed as standard, please provide at least 24 hours notice to change to a twin arrangement).
We provide a state of the art, fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Guests can also enjoy a premium Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee capsules provided.
Appliances include an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a washer-dryer. We also provide an iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and provide complimentary tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.
Both bedrooms have 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. One bedroom as an ensuite bathroom. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and fresh towels and linen are provided.
In the lounge, you can relax on a comfortable sofa whilst watching the 43 inch 4K smart HDTV with Netflix. We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the apartment, and a dedicated work desk is provided with a comfortable office chair. This makes the apartments at The Colmore perfect for corporate stays, or for those who need to work during their stay.
The dining area has an elegant table for 6 people. Crockery, cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware and place mats are all included for guests’ convenience.
We welcome family stays and provide a travel cot and high chair for those who need it.
With on-site parking also available, every consideration has been taken into account to ensure the highest quality of life for residents.
Payable on-street parking is available around St Paul’s square (time restricted to 2 hours between 8am – 6pm). Free parking is available on Livery Street (restricted to 4 hours between 8am – 8pm). There is a payable 24 hour secure NCP Newhall Street car park close by.

On the day of your arrival, we will send the check-in instructions to you via email and / or text before check in. Take note that the standard check in time is at 4:00pm.
Should you need to check in earlier, enquire about our Early Check-in Service (2:00 PM earliest check in time at a very minimal fee).

Check Out Instruction:
- The most important step is to return the keys where you picked them up during check in for Self Check-In.
- Scramble the code on the keybox after placing the keys back in so intruders can’t see the actual code and close the cover.
- Message us once you have checked out so that our cleaners can arrange their day.
- Wash and dry all dishes and cutlery, or place into the dishwasher and turn it on.
- Turn off all lights, fans and heaters.
- Close all windows.
- Lock all external doors, including the back garden.
- Remove all garbage and rubbish from the home.
- Check out time is at 10:00 AM. Should you wish to check out later, you may enquire about our Late Check Out service (12:00pm latest checkout for a very minimal fee).
- Note that you will be automatically charged the late check out fee if you stay past 10:00 AM.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Please be advised that the damage deposit will automatically fall back into your account in 7 days should there be no reported damages upon checkout. Should you have further questions, please contact your financial institution.

The property will contact guests with further information. Please note the property operates a self check in service.
